Overclocked Droid X and D2 see 2.0GHz speeds!

Unbelievable!  It seems that a couple of the members of Team DeFuse have been cooking up a very impressive overclocking of 2.0 GHz speeds for the Droid X and Droid 2.  It was only yesterday that we saw an app drop that would allow us Droid X users to reach 1.2 – 1.4 GHz speeds, and already we are seeing huge progress moving forward.  Check out the video below of this blazing fast device running on Fission thanks to our friends at DroidLife, and be sure to drop us a comment with your thoughts!  Can you believe how fast this thing is running?  Where do I sign up?

Thought all that T-Mobile G2 overclocking business was neat?  Well, we’ll just call it cute in comparison to what our buddies Matt4542 and Joe just pulled on their Droid X and 2 devices.  How does 2.0GHz sound?  You impressed?  Matt4542, part of Team DeFuse, is working hard at making this stable and seems to believe that it’s possible.  Can you imagine your Droid family member dominating at speeds like this?  See it for yourself running on Fission and the D2 after the break.
