Rom Manager: G2 Clockwork Recovery Available Now

| November 10, 2010 | Reply

Clockwork recovery has saved my Droid X many of times, during my many nights of taking advantage of Android being “open” as I try to add custom themes, roms,  etc.  If you are a T-Mobile G2 user you will be happy to know that  Clockwork Recovery is now available for your device.  You need to of course be rooted to use Clockwork recovery, but if you are you can head over to Rom Manager via the links below and pick it up right from your device.  Check it out below and let us know how it’s working on your G2.

Here’s what many were waiting for — Clockwork recovery for the T-Mobile G2 is now available for all, and is as easy to get as installing Rom Manager from the Android Market.  Now all the hackery types have a real way to keep and restore their phone’s software, instead of depending on carriers and handset manufacturers to do it for them.

Fire up the Market on your rooted G2, grab Rom Manager (link after the break), and flash Clockwork.  Easy as pie.  [@koush]
