| December 20, 2010 | Reply

If you’ve been waiting and waiting to get that email from Swype that you’re next in line for the beta, the wait is over! Swype has reopened the beta for everyone. All you have to do is fill out the a little info about yourself, and you’re ready to go. After that, you can download Swype Beta–and that means you can choose the full file at 10MB or the micro version at 2.5MB. Folks, keep in mind that this is Swype Beta–not an upgrade for users who have Swype pre-installed, such as on the Droid X. Let us know what you think in the comments!

You read that right, folks. For those of you waiting to officially get in on the Swype keyboard, you’ll wait no longer. The beta program has opened up to anyone able to type in a little user information.┬áThat means you can be up and running the official version of Swype in just a couple of minutes — including the new and improved “micro” version — without worry of being hassled by the man. Hit up the source link to get your Swype on. [Swype] Thanks to everyone who sent this in!
