Seriously, you have to be kidding right? Just when I thought the final step for Angry Birds maker Rovio was to bring the absolutely addicting mobile game to our Console systems, they have shocked me once again. It seems as though toy maker Mattel is currently working on a board game version of Angry Birds. Instead of firing birds at pigs at will, a player will draw “Mission Cards” that will dictate which area of the game is to be fired on. The game comes with small plastic structures that mirror the wooden structures of the mobile game, and there is even a small slingshot in order to shoot the birds at their intended target. Very cool to see coming from an Angry Birds fan that was curious when the Angry Birds buzz would all come to an end. The game is set to be available for purchase worldwide in May of this year for $14.99. Check out the pic below and drop us a comment with your thoughts. I know at least one purchase I will be making in May this year, how about you?
