Google Goggles App Updated with Nifty Trick Up Its Sleeve

Google has updated their do-all image scanning and recognition app Goggles with some new and improved features today. Notably improved is the speed of barcode scanning and recognition, it now takes less than a second to recognize and instantly gives a result without the user having to tap anything. Added to the feature list is print ad recognition which allows Goggles to return search results about a particular brand that may be featured in a magazine or newspaper ad. Finally, and probably the most interesting new feature, Goggles now has the ability to solve Sudoku puzzles for you, further proving that yes, your smartphone is probably smarter than you are at this point. Both the Android and iPhone versions of the app include this feature so Google is not discriminating against anyone here.
