ViewSonic Bringing the Heat with a Smartphone

Viewsonic who is primarily known for their LCD TVs and LCD Monitors and Camcorders has jumped into the smartphone game with their ViewPad 4. There is no official release date or pricing for this device, but the specs don’t lie on how solid a phone this could be.

-1Ghz Qualcomm Processor
-Google Android’s 2.2 Froyo
-720p HD Video Recorder
-5 Megapixal auto focus Camera.
-Flash 10.1 Support built into the Web Browser

-Bluetoothe Connectivity
-HDMI Display Output

ViewSonic is not only putting out a smartphone, but they are looking to compete with the big boys.  Always price competitive versus their competitions, ViewSonics phone will be one that stands out. Viewpad 4 is a first generation phone for ViewSonic and they have come out with a very solid product. Information on this device will continue as more details are released.  The carrier for this device is unknown, but looking for T-Mobile, AT &T or Sprint to support this product.
