WaterCar’s Python : Fastest Amphibious Vehicle

| January 5, 2011 | Reply

Imagine cruising around town in a hot sports car with the top down and your favorite jam pumping out of the speakers as you let the sun’s rays paint your face. As you cruise you manage to be in front of a lake that provides a faster route to your destination if you had a boat. Floor that sucker in the water and hit that switch and start cruising to your destination quickly. I would like to say I saw the article today on Engadget’s site about a car/boat combo that looked like it came straight out of the old arcade came “Hydro Thunder” and was being sold for 777,000 USD. Then I did some research and noticed this automoboat thingy off of a site that makes the called WaterCar. The design element is amazing and it actually is the fastest land/boat combo which already makes this other one look bad. The Python from the company only costs 200,000 USD which already is cheaper then this guys Ebay old style product. It looks like they start out at that price but offer even customization and other features during order. Sure we might not all have the money but all it takes is a miracle in disguise as the lottery or something life changing and you go grab one of these bad boys up, we can hope right? Check out the video, picture, and specs below and let us know what you think!
