Install non market android apps easily – even on ATT

| May 4, 2011 | Reply

A user on XDA forums has came up with a windows app that will sideload any apk from within windows even if you don’t have it checked as being allowed. You also don’t have to be rooted. While I can think of some potential downsides to this, it has more upside. Like telling AT&T to suck it. Android phones on their network have been trying to block apps from outside of the android market. If you don’t know ADB and dont feel like rooting your phone but would like to install a market from outside of the market, just grab this app!
