TransPhone phone/tablet combo came before PadFone?

We shared a story last night about the ASUS PadFone, a phone that will come with a tablet shell to dock with. Well apparently the PadFone wasn’t the first such device announced…
According to Engadget China a company called CMIT announced the TransPhone on Saturday, May 28th, which is 2 days before ASUS officially announced their device..
The TransFone reportedly has a 1.2GHz dual-core Qualcomm processor and SVGA display, along with USB and HDMI ports. The TransPhone will also come with a bluebooth headset that can be stowed away into the back of the tablet, next to where the phone goes. There is not yet any word on the version of Android that it will ship with or what the pricing/availability will look like. One difference between the PadFone and TransPhone is that with the PadFone the phone is hidden when docked to the tablet shell, hidden by a flip-up door, and with the TransPhone the phone simply slides into the back of the tablet shell unhidden. See images below for dock method comparison.
