Wondering where your gadget or food came from? Try Sourcemap [video]

Sourcemap is a new open source project that will show you where all the parts or pieces of whatever you search for come from. The map will allow you to see how many miles the product will travel to get to you, as well as the Carbon footprint that is attached with the item. The website is relatively new and doesn’t have a lot of things on it quite yet, but it may end up being a pretty neat project. Check out an intro video below.
