The upcoming Motorola Droid 3, previously kept under very tight wraps, has finally shown its face via a few leaked video tutorials. The videos give a decent look at the hardware itself and also give a peek at a new version of Motoblur (even newer than the version found on the DX/DX2 Gingerbread versions). The software seen in the video is not the final version and they say it will change, so keep that in mind when watching them.
Highlighting some of the things that are different in the Droid 3 version of Motoblur show in the video are new/improved transition animations and a completely new (and pretty nice) Lock screen.
In my opinion the Droid 3 looks like it’s the best looking of the 3 keyboard-laden Droids, with its silver and black exterior. Despite lacking a 4G LTE radio the thing should be a beast with its dual-core OMAP processor (unconfirmed but likely). Definitely a nice option for those who could care less about 4G and want a physical keyboard (and don’t care about their devices being locked down tightly).
Enough babbling, check out the videos below!
