Turn your iPad into a laptop with the Crux Loaded case

| June 2, 2011 | Reply

There are already plenty of cases (or “laptop docks”) out there that enable you to make your iPad more laptop-like, but if you’re in the market for one you might want to check this one out.

The Crux Loaded is a clamshell case for the iPad that gives you a sleek keyboard and trackpad, allowing you to operate your iPad as if it were a laptop. The case also contains an external battery that gives you an additional 7.5 hours of iPower to play with. Sounds like a pretty ideal solution for those that want to be able to remote into their OS X desktop, right?

The bad news is that the case isn’t cheap, with an asking price of $249 – And it won’t be released until fall. But if you’re willing to wait until fall and drop that kind of cash on a case, head over to Crux’s website to pre-order it.
