In Japan you can spray a can of foam on your skin to beat the heat

I guess this kind of stuff has been around for years, I had no idea. Over in Japan you can buy spray on products that will cool your skin for up to about 5 minutes if you are out on a super hot day. I am guessing this kind of stuff isn’t available int he US because of some health laws or environmental constraints. One of the products is more like a foaming gel and the other is a foam that you can mold to fit around your wrist, leg, next or whatever you’d like. Would you use this type of product if it were here and cheaply available? See a video here of the spray in action.
