Apple and Samsung have been in court for some time now, with Apple accusing Samsung of using the “likeness” of their products. Recently in Australia, Apple won against Samsung and successfully blocked the sale of that tablet throughout the country. Today, a German court has granted Apple to ability to block the sale of the tablet across Europe. Fortunately this has not yet happened in the United States, and hopefully never will. This situation is getting more and more interesting by the day. We’re sure Samsung is fuming over these developments, as every day that passes without the ability to sell in their usual markets means more potential profit lost.
Stay tuned. As always, we’ll keep you up on the latest.
