Verizon Adds 4G LTE Service in Over 15 New Cities Starting August 18th

Today Verizon announced the latest batch of cities to get their “blazing fast” 4G LTE network. Starting tomorrow, access it (with a 4G capable device) in:

  • Tucson, AZ
  • Fayetteville/Springdale/Rogers, AK
  • Bakersfield and Salinas/Monterey/Seaside, CA
  • Fort Collins, CO
  • Frederick, MD
  • Worcester, MA
  • Omaha, NB
  • Council Bluffs, IA
  • Albany, Ithaca and Syracuse, NY
  • Altoona and Johnstown, PA
  • Memphis, TN
  • Provo, UT

In addition, 4G LTE service will be expanded in:

  • Washington, D.C.
  • Tampa, FL
  • Atlanta, GA
  • Baltimore, MD
  • Boston, MA
  • Lansing, MI
  • New York, NY
  • Cincinnati and Columbus, OH
  • Salt Lake City-Ogden, UT
