I wrote awhile about the Google Goggles app and some of its cool features. The latest update adds another to the list. Available now in the Android Market, the latest version of Google Goggles includes a photo recognition feature. How does it work? Take a picture with your phone camera, Goggles then scans the picture for any recognizable landmarks, architecture, or objects. If the app identifies anything in your picture, it offers details and facts to you.
Gee, maybe I should plan a trip to a new city with some cool architecture, hmmm…
