Watch out Samsung Galaxy Tab, Toshiba has stepped up their game with the announcement of the AT200 tablet.

The AT200 is a 10.1-inch Android tablet that measures at a puny 7.7mm thick, which is almost a whole mm thinner than the Galaxy Tab 10.1 (and less than half the thickness of the 15.74mm thick Toshiba Thrive!). The LCD resolution is 1,280 x 800 and is powered by a TI OMAP 4430 processor at 1.2GHz that can be paired by up to 64GB of memory - and the ability to expand upon that via microSD. Additional specs include a five megapixel camera on the back, a two megapixel front facing camera, and up to eight hours of battery life is promised.

Like the previous devices they’ve announced today, no price or release data has been divulged – although they’re saying it will ship sometime before the end of this year.
