US Air Offers Mobile Boarding Pass Option

Heading to Austin for the Big Android BBQ at the end of the month? Travel often on business? If so, and you tend to fly US Airways, you’ll enjoy the airline’s announcement today. US Airways passengers can now use their smartphones as mobile boarding passes when departing from 14 domestic airports. Plans to expand the list of airports continue throughout 2011. The participating airports include:

  • Atlanta
  • Charlotte
  • Chicago
  • Dallas
  • Denver
  • Las Vegas
  • Houston (IAH)
  • Jacksonville
  • Minneapolis
  • Philadelphia
  • Phoenix
  • Pittsburgh
  • Boston
  • New York LaGuardia
  • Orange County/Santa Ana
  • Washington DC (DCA)
