Someone From The Group Anonymous Made A Desktop OS

| March 14, 2012 | Reply

Remember last month when word came that an app put out by anonymous contained a trojan? Just keep that in mind as you read this post.

Someone from the hacking group Anonymous, which has no central leadership and therefore cannot really vouch for this, has released Anonymous-OS. It’s a form of Ubuntu with the MATE interface and adds plenty of hack-errific apps to get you started on your quest to take down websites and take over the world. The website that the OS is found on warns users to only use these tools to test websites and never attack any websites because that is illegal. If you would like to check the OS out then head on over to the tumblr linked at the bottom. If you decide to do that, I would first try it offline and run every test you can find to check for a virus or trojan. That being said, I am saying you probably just shouldn’t try it.
