Google Updates Plus With Google + Events

Google has added something to + known as events, which is kind of like Facebook events mixed with instagram and +hangouts. You can invite a bunch of people to an event in a crafty little evite with a pretty moving picture. When the event is taking place any photos that people who accepted the invite take and tag with that event will pop up on that events page. After people can continue to add photos and comments to the post for that event. It’s a pretty neat idea in concept, but almost seems like it would take away from the human interaction at events that is already becoming less and less because of smartphones. Events does integrate with your Google Calendar which is nice to keep reminders of anything you promised to attend. You can check the video from Google on this new addition which should be made available later today.
