VLC Beta Finally Arrives On Google Play Store

| July 2, 2012 | Reply

If you have a computer, you’ve probably used VLC Player. If not, then you’re way behind the times. It’s hands down the lightest and best player for any computer. It contains plugins for just about every video format possible and runs seamlessly on both PC and Mac. For about the past year there have been leaks and beta versions floating around. Now VLC feels comfortable enough to put the player in the Play store but not without warning “It might kill your kitten, destroy your house and start the mayan apocalypse. Use it at your own risk. Have Fun! :)”. There is also a nightly build available over at the company website if you really want to be a tester. Check the links below if you would like to try it out.
