Barnes & Noble Cuts Nook Pricing Up To $50, New Products On The Way?

| August 13, 2012 | Reply

Fall is the time of year for product refreshers in time for the holidays and Barnes & Noble may have something in the works as well. Things have been pretty quiet for the book seller after the release of the Nook Tablet. The Nook Color was a huge success but Amazon kind of rained on the parade of the Nook Tablet with the $199 Kindle Fire. We haven’t seen or heard any rumors of new devices in the pipeline for B&N, but the signs are pointing towards something. The Nook tablet 8GB has been cut $20 to $179. The 16GB  Nook Tablet was cut $50 to 199 and the traditional Nook Color was cut to $149.
