The curiosity rover is a hit. Everything is going swimmingly for the car sized exploration vehicle. Within the past two hours the Curiosity has tuned on the good cameras and is not beaming the images back to Earth. The most amazing so far is a high res panoramic shot of a mountainous area in the distance. As time goes the images will get better and more detailed. It’s an exciting time for space exploration.
