The Next Version Of Android To Be Named ‘Kit-Kat’

So much for Key Lime Pie. For over a year, Android 5.0 has been rumored to be KLP. It appears Google has teamed up with Hersheys to unveil Android 4.4 will get the ‘K’ and fully named Kit Kat. If you think this is a joke, the news was posted on Sundar Pichai’s Google+ and twitter accounts today with the photo above. Pichai also noted that Android phones have exceeded one billion activations since inception. How do you feel about what seems to be a corporate sponsored build name for your beloved Android OS?
